The Goddness of God

Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap,
nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.
Are ye not much better than they? (Matthew 6:26)

I feel safe under His wings. The Psalmist says, “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of terror by night, nor arrows that fly by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.” (Psalm 91:4-6)

I have been a diabetic since the age of 15. I am now 73 years old, and I am doing well. Many years ago, doctors discovered that I had three kidneys. My maker saw that I needed a third kidney, so he gave me that extra one. God in his goodness has kept me, so I am totally focused on Him alone. God has been faithful to me. I love him, but He loved me first.

The Bible says, in Philippians 4:19, "And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” One day, a pipe in a wall of my house broke. Water was running everywhere, and I didn't have the money to take care of the problem. I questioned myself, “How am I going to get it fixed?” I remembered that promise from God, and I claimed it: Nothing is too hard or too little for Him to handle!

I laid my hand on the wall, and I asked the Lord to send His angel to fix the broken pipe for me - there and then. That same day (almost immediately), the water stopped flowing. Several months have passed, and sill not a drop of water comes from that pipe in the wall. I give God glory because He answered my prayer. I want you to always remember this promise from the Bible, “Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” May God bless you.
